2. Booking & Scheduling

• Sessions are 45 minutes in duration.
• After purchase, you will receive a booking link to select your preferred time.
• All bookings are made in UK time (converted automatically to your local time zone when scheduling).

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your appointment time via the booking link provided.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

4. Refund Policy

• All sales are final. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances at Jessica Marie’s discretion.
• If Jessica needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date.
